Reiki is a pure form of energy healing that brings the energy body into balance, which then brings balance and harmony to the physical body and mind.

 
 

About Reiki Sessions with Melissa

Sessions with Melissa go far beyond your typical Reiki Session and are unique to each person’s needs and goals. The sessions will likely include a clearing of your energy field, replacing what was cleared with reiki energy, and also guiding you through how to take your own energy back from past situations. This results in the healing benefits of reiki energy plus a feeling of empowerment and peace of mind that comes from being deeply content with who you are at a core level.

Sessions can range anywhere from pure Reiki flow for deep relaxation and stress relief, to a combination of this with a mentorship session where she guides you through your own energy mastery so that you can maintain the benefits from the reiki session throughout your day, week, month and so on.

Each person has a unique energy field and a unique way that operates best for them. She teaches you how to find practices that work for you, how to strengthen your intuition, and how to hold strong energy boundaries to make every moment of your life feel more empowered.

You’ll leave the session feeling relaxed and empowered, and you’ll have insight to what’s going on with your chakra centers. More about Reiki

Reiki is a form of energy healing originating in Japan. The practitioner or Reiki Master acts as a channel for this energy to come through helping to heal and restore balance to your energy body. (Curious about what our own energy is? Read more about it here.) Depending on the client and practitioner, reiki may be hands on, or hands held hovering above the body. Since this is all energy based, it is easy to have a Reiki session at a distance over zoom which allows the unique and amazing benefit of getting to be in the comfort of your own home while still being able to feel and notice the benefits.
